Hi babydolls! There is still much to be shared from my recent Italian adventure on behalf of Can’t Forget It{lay}. On our third day we made our way to Polilno, a beautiful nature preserve in the Basilicata region. In its deep greens and rich reds it’s bursting with natural life. The locals seem to just fit in quietly between it all, leading simple lives and as usual in Basilicata, welcoming us visitors with handshakes and smiles…

In the forest there live the tiniest little creatures…like this frog we found amongst the streams, waterfalls, and flowers. We spend the night in a charming country cottage like hotel made of brick built into a hill along a stream. A magical place indeed! Let’s talk more this week on facebook, twitter, and tumblr. Thanks also so everyone who has shopped the closet clean out! There will be more to come soon…Kisses!

Very impressive shots! The whole project seems to be really amazing… you are like a fresh blow on ancient lands! Just a note: the place you visited is the Pollino National Park. It takes its name from the Massif of Pollino, the highest in South Italy
